2025 Annual Meeting to be held on 4/15

Please join your Villa del Monte Mutual Water Company Board and fellow members for our Annual Shareholder's Meeting on April 15th. The purpose of the Annual Shareholder's Meeting is to:

• Elect positions for the Board of Directors.
• Report on the status of the Villa Del Monte Mutual Water system. Including the storage tank replacement and treatment system improvement project.
• Review the 2025 Budget including:
  • Storage Tank Upgrade Project progress.
  • System maintenance backlog and progress.
  • Status of the annual financial review.
  • 2025 rate increase
• Transact any other business of the company.
